There isn’t much to read today because I want you to watch the whole video below. It does a great job of explaining power posing. The presenter is Amy Cuddy who is a social psychologist at Harvard Business School. This content is life changing and the presenter does a great job. Enjoy!
After learning about power posing I was somewhat incredulous—it seemed too simple to actually work. However, I tried it anyway and now I use it all the time. I use it before meeting new people, taking exams, racing, hard workouts, interviews—any time that I feel my confidence isn’t as high as it should be. The great thing about it is that it’s so simple. You can do it in the bathroom, car, hallway, anywhere. You can even do it during class or job interviews. I strongly encourage you to give power posing a try next time you want to feel more confident. Try it today even if you don’t have a good reason and notice the difference you feel. If you have any questions or comments, as always, let us know!
